The London Cycling Campaign has now put on line Transport for London's plans for Cycle Superhighway 8, which runs between Wandsworth and Westminster via Chelsea Bridge. You can view the plans on a Picasa album here.
The main proposals are for 2 metre-wide cycle lanes along Grosvenor Road and Millbank. In many places, these will reduce the number of general traffic lanes from two to one.
